14-day withdrawal
If you ordered as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Hygiene exception
For hygiene reasons, intimate-care devices that have been unsealed cannot be returned for refund (Czech consumer law / EU Directive 2011/83/EU exemption). Sealed, unused devices in original packaging may be returned in full.
How to return
Contact hello@myvibe.doctor with your order number. We will send return instructions. Please return the device in its original packaging with all accessories.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned device. Original shipping is refunded only on the cheapest standard option.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your device arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days at hello@myvibe.doctor. We arrange a replacement at no cost.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
