MyVibe.doctor is a brand-and-content website. Orders and payments are handled by our partner shop at shop.endala.cz under that shop's own terms.
Orders and delivery
Orders are placed through shop.endala.cz. Delivery times, shipping fees, and order confirmations are handled there. Discreet packaging is used as standard.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown including applicable VAT. Payment is processed by the shop's payment provider. We do not store payment-card details on this site.
Cancellations and returns
EU consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Returns policy for details and the limited hygiene exception that applies to intimate-care devices.
Warranty
MyVibe.doctor carries a 24-month standard warranty in the EU. See our Warranty page for what is and is not covered.
Acceptable use
