Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship affecting normal use. Battery cell degradation beyond expected wear. Failure of the LED light source. Failure of the charging port under normal use.
What's not covered
Cosmetic wear; damage from drops, misuse, or unapproved cleaning agents; damage caused by liquid ingress beyond the IP rating; loss of accessories; modifications or repairs by third parties.
How to claim
Write to hello@myvibe.doctor with your order number, a short description of the issue, and one or two photos. Our team will respond within one working day.
Outcome
We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, in line with EU consumer-protection rules. Whichever option restores you to the position you should be in.
